Cheesy Potato Casserole

2 lbs frozen hash browns
7 oz. cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup onion
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 ounces American cheese

mix together soup, onion, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and cheese. Put hash browns in a 9x13 pan and pour mixture on top. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes. 12 servings.

Creamy Coleslaw

3 1/2 lbs green cabbage
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup half and half cream
2 oz. cider vinegar
2 oz. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper

mix all together and keep cool. Servings 25

Meatloaf

10 lbs ground beef
12 oz bread crumbs
3/4 qt. milk
10 eggs
4 oz. onions
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
7 oz. brown sugar
1 3/4 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 pint ketchup

Mix all together and put into pan of your choice. cook at 350 for about 45 minutes or until done.

Top with a mixture of 4 oz. brown sugar, 1 tbsp dry mustard and 3/4 cup ketchup at the last 10 minutes of cooking Serves about 40
