Individuals who designate LOMC as a beneficiary of a planned gift in their estate plan are members of the LOMC Acorn Society.

Common planned gifts are bequests, life insurance policies, annuities, charitable remainder trusts, stocks, bonds, or real estate and a remainder interest in a retirement plan.
